HOW TO JOIN MAPLE HILL CREDIT UNION
Maple Hill Credit Union has a closed charter. Only those eligible may join.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO JOIN?
Our charter states that employees of Aspirus Wausau Hospital & affilites,; employees of Marshfield
Clinic; Physicians and Dentists, including their employees located in Wausau, Wisconsin and
family members of the above groups are eligible to join.
"Member of family" include but is not limited to, the spouse, parents, children and stepchildren
of each eligible person.
*** Fill out a simple "member application form" along with a $5.00 deposit or join payroll deduction.
you are then eligible for all Credit Union services.

OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering
activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and
record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What
this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name,
address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you.
We will also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
